You need to create a 5 slide PowerPoint presentation about your planet. Here is an example of some of the information that you need to have on your presentation.

1. How far is the planet from the sun?
2. What is the diameter of the planet?
3. What is the atmosphere of the planet?
4. How long is one year/one day on this planet?
5. What is the planet’s temperature? How hot? How cold?
6. Does your planet have rings?
7. Does your planet have moon? Do the moons have names?

Here are a link to help you with your planet powerpoint.

We interrupt our regularly scheduled programming to bring you second trimester benchmarks.

With the second trimester wrapping up, we are kicking into review mode. This week there will not be any assigned homework besides reading. The students however, might have some work to complete if they did not finish something in class.

Please remember that their Genre Book Project is due on FRIDAY!!! Here are the directions if you need them again. I cannot wait to see their completed project.

Have a great week!
